01 / OUR EXPERTISE

Built around
your next decision.

Buying, selling, leasing, or repositioning an asset requires more than a market opinion. It requires a plan grounded in economics, timing, and execution.

  • Financial modeling and lease comparisons
  • Retail, restaurant, and hospitality requirements
Discuss a leasing requirement
03

Valuation & portfolio strategy

Evaluate current performance, future potential, and the practical choices available. Broker opinions of value and portfolio analysis support decisions to hold, improve, refinance, or sell.

VALUE BEYOND THE TRANSACTION

CHA procurement, zoning, public sector processes, and site requirements can determine whether an opportunity is viable. Paladin helps clients navigate these components and align them with a practical strategy to unlock value.

03 / THE PALADIN APPROACH

Strategy before activity.
Purpose in every move.

Every engagement starts with the decision you need to make and the outcome you want to achieve.

01 / ASSESS

Find the underlying value.

Examine the property, the economics, and the constraints. Separate the opportunity from the assumptions.

02 / POSITION

Build the right strategy.

Define the audience, structure, and negotiation priorities. Focus outreach on the parties most suited to the opportunity.

03 / EXECUTE

Move the transaction forward.

Coordinate the people and decisions that matter. Maintain momentum through diligence, negotiation, and closing.
